Employee Issues can lead to a myriad of problems for your business. From an untrained employee in such topics as workplace harassment or discrimination to the employee who is continually late or not getting along with co-workers and customers, these potential violations not only interrupt your business, but also could be costly to your bottom line.
Employee Relations Services will handle any and all violations of your business’s rules and regulations. Once contacted by management we will look into the situation, conduct a workplace investigation if needed and administer and record any potential discipline for your employees up to and including termination.
We use the principals of progressive discipline and record each infraction. While each incident is different administering discipline in a fair and progressive nature to all employees alike will ensure consistency within the laws.
