Having a set of Rules and Regulations in place is essential for any business to function correctly. Employees must be familiar with the contents and management needs to be consistent when applying the policies contained inside.
Employee Relations Services will work with you to create an Employee Handbook that meets the needs of your business. From policies at the workplace to a code of conduct for your employees we can tailor each handbook to your specific needs.
Any and all progressive discipline will be spelled out so that all of your employees are provided not only with rules and regulations, but possible avenues of discipline should the policies not be followed.
Each handbook will come with an employee acknowledgment form so that their review and acceptance of the policies contained are memorialized with a signature.
We can adjust or strengthen any existing Handbooks, Rules and Regulations or Policies you already have in place to better reflect your current situation and market.
A live training to go over your new handbook with your employees can be provided at a time that does not interfere with your business operations should one be needed.
